Hi, my name is Brittney Felgar. I am a licensed agent with Coldwell Banker Realty in West Chester, Ohio. I moved to Cincinnati in 2016 with my husband and children. Originally we had only planned to stay four years. I know you're probably wondering. "Why only four years"? Well, my husband is active duty military. So naturally we move every four years. As time progressed, I grew to really love the area, the people, the food, and so much more! After discussing buying a home, but never putting the plan into action. I decided to take the first step, by getting pre-approved. Not only, was this the first step in making a huge life altering decision (financially). But little did I know, it would also lead to the start of a NEW CAREER for me! 

In the process of looking for a home. I realized how passionate I was about real-estate, and how much I enjoyed it. Long story short. Thoughts turned into talk, talking turned into, acting, and action turned into, me becoming a Licenced agent! I know from experience that buying or selling a home can be very stressful.
